Well, I'm thinking in order to get his job done he's going to need caffeine and sugar, lots of it. The poor guy has to be wired by the end of his trip.
I think I see him more as a 'Hot Chocolate' kind of guy, it's pretty cold up there at the North Pole and flying through the sky on a sled pulled by reindeer is going to cause some wind chill, lots of sugar in his chocolate drink and he'll be able to make it through the night.
I'm thinking cocoa or coffee for cold regions and then he hits the equator and goes for something cool, perhaps with a slice of pineapple and a paper umbrella.
So it will! I still don't believe Santa drinks coke, but I like the look of this one better!
